Obesity in Sav. Monitors

I have a question about this Sav. Monitor that belongs to a friend of mine.. it's about 2 years old, maybe 3.5 - 4 feet long, and the picture is posted, thus. Tell me, does this monitor appear obese?

Of him walking on the floor, but he does appear somewhat overweight from what I can see.
