Do you mean intestinal parasites like worms and such? They only way to clear those from your turtles is to see a vet, take a stool sample and let him see what they have and treat them accordingly. You can not treat these with over the counter meds. After treating the turtles their tank/pond has to be disinfected with a 10 percent bleach/water solution. Rinse thoroughly. Yearly stool checks are highly recommended. See this short article on parasites linked here.

I have been having problems with intestinal parasites. I was wondering were they might be geting them from. Thy have bin de wormed 2 times and the one deficated his intestines. What could be the cause of this? To small a tank, food, water quality?

You didn't say how they were de-wormed. Did you take them to a vet and get medication or did you try some over the counter med? Over the counter meds probably don't work and might be bad for the turtle. Treatment from a vet is needed and thorough disinfection of the tank and supplies must be done after treatment.

I had a vet do it 2 times to each turtle.
