Hey...

Poqueno is not eatting. SHe laid her eggs late Saturday night and ate shortly after her 4th egg, but that was it. She looks heathly and she is just as active, but won't eat. She licks at the worms and seems interested, but them walks away.....

Any really super yummy collared food that I could offer her?? Wax worms?????

She still looks heathly and I don't not want her to start going down hill.

P.S. The eggs caved in and turned yellow

OH Tiff, geesh that stinks ! Sorry to hear that, boy I stare at mine all the time, nerve racking , Your girl will sart eating soon, don't worry shes fine, if shes acting fine. Again, sorry about her eggs ! Bummer, Eve

It is really ok. It was just so exciting to see her get the orange stipes and to wait for the eggs and to finally get the eggs too. Like I said I wasn't planning on breeding. I learned some new stuff about Collareds in the process, so all is good.

I gave her some wax worms today and she gobbled them right up and so did Papi!! Yahhhh

now because they can lay another clutch of eggs in about 4 weeks again, sometimes they are not fertile but it may happen ! Keep your eye on her again, if she starts getting plump ! Eve
