What is her enclosure like? (substraite, temps, hides ect...) maybe she wants to get away from something she dosent like in the enclosure?

mine male has done that, he always scratches at the glass and ignores all else
I just ignored him and kept feeding him, stopped handling him and made him stay in his cage and he's eating now but only at night when no onw is around.
He still tries to get out but only if he can see me.

good luck
