As far as getting locale specific with collareds and leopards, I have fond that the Bicinctores are different in different areas and I know that it would be the same for other collared species as well. Is anybody doing any wotk dealing with this phenomona? If not I need some help from some people with pics and locale data in order to get extensive with this project. Its gonna be fun.

Hey Ed, nice male. What do you call him?
Did you end up looking for Bicinctores in Hesperia?
I have seen individuals that look like him out towards the Kelso Dunes here in CA. However, his tail is very different. Most of the lizards I see have reduced spots on their tails. My old male that I had was lighter colored as well, with no spots. Of course, I suspect this has something to do with an individual animal, rather than an entire locality, but I could be wrong. It would be interesting to find out. Well, again, cool lizard. Until next time,

Hey Phil, No i wasnt able to look for collards in san bernardino as it was raining. I believe my collareds roots are in arizona. I noticed the collareds from cali have smaller white dots and a darker face. I would love to see some in the wild though.
thanks later.
