Anyone know any background on the $2000 jungle in the classifieds today? Why is this one so high? From looks I would give in the $300 range.

It is a pretty stunning individual... but $2000 may be a little much for it. It's his snake and he can ask whatever he wants for it though.

Perhaps there is a lottery winner with money to burn. Not me, though.
That's why I like going to the herp shows. I've seen some really nice JCPs, IJs, etc., there in the flesh. If you go to enough shows you'll see JCPs like this. Not all the time, but you'll see them. It's great when you see a two year old (or so) JCP that shows no hint of browning on top. Beautiful!

Being that it is a male and it is a little above average I would say maybe 350 shipped. Plus the babies sell for 500 and are on a two year waiting list, hahaha, I needed a good laugh. There is a real nice add a few up from that one with a killer Matt Turner male that I would get before this male and I believe it is priced at 175. The most I could see any jungle go for would be a grand and it would be a fully grown huge female with perfect vivid yellow wide bands.
That is basicly what I was getting at, but I didn't want to offend anyone. That is why I went the route I did with the question. Does anyone know why you would pay $500 for one of those neonates? Waiting list?
