Hallo ! I'm a newbie from Sweden.

Hi ! I'm a newbie with snakes, and I just got my lovely pet, a little male Russian Ratsnake (Elaphe schrencki schrencki) about 1.5 foot long that eat like a horse I just like to say that I'm happy to find this site and I'm hoping to learn alot from you reptile experts in the future.

You can speak whatever language you want here too..as long as you post pics..hahaha (just kidding). Russians make a great pet. It's the Asian rat that I started with. I will just give you one warning. They usually like a long brumation, so they'll stop eating at some point. Be sure to ask about tricks to keep them feeding longer at that point. Good luck...TC.

I have a male russian rat, they are great snakes, mine is about 1.5M long and eats like a pig. I will take some pics soon and post em.
