What the heck is this?

jboy Aug 30, 2004 08:16 PM

This is a picture of a um..thing on the back right leg of my girlfriend's leopard gecko. I have no idea what it could be it just kind of popped up out of nowhere. Anybody have a guess?

does that leo skin looks like it's peeling off somehow. by any chance leo have a cage mate. and if so, maybe they got into fight or something. if none of those make a reason maybe you should take it to the vet to get it checked out.

She doesn't have a cage mate so that rules that out. It looks like a toe is growing out of her leg or something it's really odd looking. She shed not too long ago and the skin on her 'thing' shed along with it. I dunno maybe it's a gecko wart or something.

knowing that the leos shed by pulling it off with there mouths, well this might sound odd, but it is possable for the leo to have bit it self. my dum @ss blizzard(grim) has done it. bit his toe clean off when he was a lil younger.
