Sick frog. Please help!

My firebelly toad that I have had for the past three years has suddenly become ill. I noticed the last couple of days she has not eaten as much and tonight she is bloated around her stomach, back legs, and is hicupping. She is very lathargic. The other three are active and bright. I have removed her from the tank and am secluding her in a smaller container. She was in a mostly water tank with large rocks to climb onto. I filter the water and change it about every 2-3 weeks. I gutload and dust my crickets, feed waxworms. I have appropriate lighting but I have no clue what could be wrong. A vet is out of the question for the next couple of days. I am keeping her in a smaller container with eco-earth and a small dish with a little amount of water. I am keeping the temperature at 80F. Any suggestions on what could cause this and make her more comfortable would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately my frog passed last night. If anyone has any suggestions besides having a necropsy done on what may have caused her sudden death it would be appreciated. Thank you.
