Long distance move

CroBiatach Aug 30, 2004 11:34 PM

In a couple of months my family and I are going to be moving from Buffalo, NY to the Houston, TX area. Currently it hasn't been decided whether we are going to be driving or down or flying down but I'm worried that if we're flying down what I'm going to do my two Golden Geckos. Packing them in the moving van isn't an option AT all(it's going to take the truck about 4 days to make the trip). Is shipping them through FedEx or UPS the way to go, or are there any airlines that allow reptiles inside of a carryon as long as they are contain with no chance of escape?? Has anyone had experienced a situation like this before?? Any advice/tips would be much appretiated!! Thanks ooodles!

I'm pretty sure you can get an overnight delivry to any major airport, so you could send a package to the airport you arrive in the day before you fly out
