Raising a Sulcatta in New Hampshire

Hello All,
I am seriously considering getting this Sulcatta: http://market.kingsnake.com/detail.php?cat=50&de=248325
This will be my first pet tortoise. I've already done my homework with regards to care, feeding, housing, space requirements & who will take care of it when I croak(!) What I was wondering is if there were anyone in the forum who keeps these in a similar climate as New Hampshire & what special precautions I should take to ensure the health of this tortoise.
Also, has anyone had experience dealing with this vendor? I'm cautious about this type of a purchase online & was thinking that I should just wait until a local show this fall so I wouldn't be buying sight unseen.
