Well it worked......my 'Textbook' Basin had 10 babies this morning!

ghireptiles Aug 31, 2004 10:39 AM

I just got a call from home and my 6' female textbook Basin had 10 little snappers this morning. In the past she produced some amazing animals and from what I heard this morning there are some nice little ones in this litter too. It may be a few days before I get pics sent to me but as soon as I do I will post them here for you guys to see! Thanks for all of the good wishes with this girl! Am I technically a 'breeder' now or was it just dumb luck? Out of the two textbook females I had the opportunity to aquire last year I am sure glad this girl was the one to stay with me! I couldn't be happier

You can now add your name to the "List Of Breeder's" ! ! !

I can't wait for the barrage of pics you're gonna take of these little ones! Bring 'em on!

Of all the 'dealers' out there you've always, at least in my mind, elevated yourself above most others with your outward enjoyment of the animals. Like the other guy said, you can now add your name to the 'breeders' list. Go ahead, you earned it!

This is definately the 'pick of the litter' and it seems to have everything in order as far as the markings go.

I also like this one....not much more than a stripe but it is a cool little bugger none the less!

I believe I saw this offspring in person and as hard to believe as it is, it is even better seeing the real live thing. An unreal example of superior breeding. Matt, please keep it up!!!! Not too bad for being "out of the block" so to speak.

Its gonna be hard parting with that one! I bet the weakest one still looks great,

CONGRATULATIONS MATT!!!

From what i remember this female of yours produced some of the nicest picks in 02. Just beautiful.

ghireptiles Aug 31, 2004 11:51 PM

The weakest one has a 1 scale stripe with thin textbook-like markings. I won't be seeing the babies in person for about another month so they should look considerably better by then.

You are right Arnold, some of the babies were outstanding with one even squeaking by Tony's high standards.

Thanks for the compliments guys!
