Hello,

I was just curious if anyone here from Michigan knows decent places to look for snakes. I live in a city in Southeastern Michigan and alls I can find is Garters. In fact in my 19 years of living in Michigan I have only caught Garters. Oh and don't worry I don't keep any of the snakes I catch.

Anyone else from Michigan? I don't own any venemous but I've checked the laws... and there don't seem to be any... other than owning the massassauga which is protected.

Go to the field herping forum. There are some guys from Michigan that post over there.
