Wolf spiders

Wow! Has anybody tried feeding collards wolf spiders? They love them! Just toss them in your lizards range of sight and they're gone! They are much faster than crickets, but they cannot jump out of danger. Thats probably it.

Are they poisionous?? I hate spiders, I think I'll stick to moths. It's more fun to watch them jumping all over the place to catch it.

Thanks for sharing!

They look a little like mini-tarantulas, and are widespread across the United States.

We probably have them, but I greatly dislike them. So I am either running the other way or looking for a shoe. (Sorry to those spider lovers out there)

I have a few haybales (the small ones) that I kick over every day to find food, there are always a couple under them. Then I either net them or scoop them up in a plastic cup, (they cannot climb the sides.) sprinkle with vitamins and stuff. I hate spiders too, (except poisonuous ones) but I'll do just about anything for my collards.
