Please help...What type of Gecko is this?

Hello...I am taking care of a friends gecko while she is up @ school (since she can't have pets in her dorm) Anyways I am confused as to which type of gecko I am caring for and she does not know...she told me it was a green gecko, so I did some research and wasn't really sure. I posted pics, I hope they work!

I am not new to reptiles so I am doing the best I can. Any advice would be great.

I have 1 Whites tree frog
2 bearded dragons
4 newts and some fish and a Uromastyx
