Hermann torts/ license required?

becki71 Aug 31, 2004 03:53 PM

Hi

I was on a web site today and it said you needed to have a license to have Hermann torts. I have never heard of this before. Does anybody know? Thanks!

9 chances out of 10 the website is UK based. Tortoises in the UK have to be 'chipped' and registered.

We don't have that in the States except in the case of the CDT.

Thanks Ed! I was worried there for a minute! I hadn't heard of anyone that needed one before so I was pretty sure I didn't need one but thought I would ask just in case. Thanks again!
