question regarding western hognose adult size.

i bought one of these at an expo last month, he/she is approximately one foot long. the man who sold him/her to me said that they often do not get too big, perhaps smaller than 3'. can i get some quotes from u guys on the length of your hognoses? many thanks. -k

The largest western hog ever found was just under 3 feet.

An average large female is under 30 inches. Most females probably measure around 24 inches or so, although they are chunky, which makes them appear longer.
An average large male might be 2 feet long. Most are probably around 18-20 inches.
