Does anyone think this will work??????

Chameleon996 Aug 31, 2004 08:15 PM

I am currently building a wall unit to house my chams and beardies. In doing so I will be moving my male veiled to another cage to match his females cage. This will free up a very nice cage( HEHEHE ). It is a custom built wood cage that my father built for me. The inside cage dimensions are 3 feet tall, 3 feet wide, and 2 feet deep. It has a built in catch basin underneath to catch water from the drip and from spraying. The back is water proof pebble board and the sides, front, and top are all screen. For my cham it has a ficus tree on one side an umbrella tree on the other and a pothos hanging in the middle. The plants of course would be changed. Could this cage work?

I have been looking at frilleds for several years and would love to finally get one.

I would say its a little small for an adult. Its not very tall (they really like height) and could be either a foot longer or wider to give it more surface area. I think it would be great though for like the first year. Then ya might want to move up. Just my opinions.
