I've got a pair of wc cobalts that I've had for about 6 months now. I dust ff's for about every feeding and many times my male will just spit the fly out, then capture it again, then swallow. Am I overdusting? He doesn't do this when I feed him an undusted fly.

As long as he eats it he should be OK. My tincs often spit the flys out and then suck them back in as well.
Considering the number of health problems that can result from a lack of vitamins, I think mine will just have to get over it.
just my 1 1/2 cents.
