weighing snakes...

id like to know the weight of my snake so i can keep track of her growth, but i dont have one of those digital gram meter things... so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how to get her weight? kind of a dumb question but i really dont have the money to go buy anything like that.. oh well..... dave

Actually, you can get a gram scale at your local department store, in kitchenwares. Just ask a sales associate for help to locate them. I got mine for $7 at WalMart, it goes up to 6 lbs, has marks for ounces, grams, kilograms and pounds. Not digital, and hard to get the exact weight (to the closest 25 grams or so) but it works. Hope this helps!
