another Moster Blizzard ,Spotty Blizz * Pics*

ROI3IN May 14, 2003 07:42 PM

this is spotty blizz he is a year old this month. he is owned and produced by kelli hammack and is here on a breeding loan. Spotty Blizz currently weighs 94 grams. he is not overweight he is very muscular and proportioned. He eats exactly the same amount as my other adult leopards, but none are nearly this large. just incase anyone wants to know he is a very nervouse gecko and actually rather agressive, he can "hold" you but if you try to hold him, he will bite

This guy is 2 1/2 years old, about 9 1/2 inches long, and about 90 grams. He's just as long as my Tremper Giant but a lot heavier, although I think the purebred Giant will surpass him within time. He's also got a pretty good color for a patternless of this age. Actually, he's kind of dark for what he usually is.

He looks awesome! Looks much whiter than mine. I haven't had my boy outside before, but I imagine he may lighten up a bit with the sun. My patternless would really brighten up in sunlight. I hope my blizz will get up to 90 or maybe even 100 grams. He's growing at an amazing rate - 29 grams in 2 months, but I'm feeding him no different than my others, mainly mealworms, with some crickets every few days. He just seems to grow better/faster than most the others.

Do you have a pic of your female you're breeding him to?

ROI3IN May 14, 2003 08:13 PM

i bred him to an older melanistic female, unfortunately she didnt recover from laying eggs... she basically laid herself to death

Bred to death???? That's horrible; I'm sorry. I didn't know that could happen, but I've seen weight loss with breeding, so I should've known.
