Growth rates of Blue Tegus....

How old are most blues when they reach 18" in length? 24"? 30"?

that question cant be any certain age. there are a lot of things you have to consider. mostly consisting of its care, cage, temps, food offered things like that. i got a blue tegu that was just under 2' and roughly around 3yrs old. eating great and getting bigger now. i keep it hot in my cages, with a water tub big enough for them to totally submerge and ATLEAST 12" of dirt. and my tegus do GREAT on that. i got some from AgamaIntl in March. my male was 18" he is now 40" and a little over a year old.
