Frances is bearing down on eastern florida so we will see what happens.
Lizard are going in small plastic bins for a while to ride out the storm if it hits.
gonna fatten them up with some pinkies before it goes down.

further up the coast in NJ, so we always worry also!
Hope everyone is spared this dang thing! So many were so saddened by the last one! 
Again I love that Frilly, just a BEAUT !

blah, i feel your pain. the last couple years it seemed like poor NC was getting the worst of it and now it seems that florida is taking its place. my family lives in myrtle beach so they are always nervous.
hugo, which was 15 years ago gee i am getting old ( i was in the 4th grade then), we went to south of the border because they would take our pets, 2 pugs, 3 pug puppies and two cats and 5 humans in a hotel room! another time i was in charge of the "homeless" cats we had taken in. 6 cats, no carriers and no air conditioning. needless to say, it was very hot in that car with the windows up.
the best ever though was the one in 99 that was supposed to hit charleston, sc, which is where i lived then. my two hour roadtrip to columbia, sc took 18 hours. i was playing with dogs on the interstate and i knew all the words to the one tape i had in the car. the hurricane turned and never even went close to charleston, blah!
