Perhaps your limit has been reached.
I do not use it. Just a thought.
Check out Comcast. They have FREE space too!

I'm in the same boat !
I keep getting told my pictures are too large when I've been using the same format for many years.

I Wonder if they've been messing around with it. Two weeks ago I was trying to link to some pictures in my photo gallery and found that all of my pictures were gone. The titles were still there but I couldn't see the pictures at all. Then the next day they were back again and I could link to them just fine. Strange. If you find out what is going on let us all know.

According to the KS photo support person, KS lowered the max photo size to 358,000kb's.

All my photos are over 400,000kb's, (the same as they've been for years).

Any idea on how I can get my pics to fit into these new parameters without having to purchase photo editing software?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

you can use the paint acessory that comes with windows to make them smaller. just go to image then atribues and change the sizes that way. it's what i use to fix all of my pictures

The Photo gallery is in the process of being upgraded. Most glitches have been found, but some may still be lingering. Some settings may have even been changed from the original gallery. If you are experiencing problems with the gallery, please contact the Photo Gallery Coordinator and provide a detailed explanation of the problem you are having so that the support person and the techs can look into the matter.
