I have 2 baby bahaman anoles. They are about 3 inches long now. I had them together in a 10 gallon tank with reptile carpet, branches, plant, little water bowl,(I have seen one of them drink from it).
I feed them crickets that I feed before hand and dust them couple times a week.
One of the anoles is the more dominate one so the other one kept to the bottom of the tank. Well, since I was worried about that little guy I bought another 10 gallon tank and now he/she has his own pad.
Both are climbing around the branches. I mist down the plants and sides daily. Sometimes 2x day. I've been feeding them once a day. I don't really see them eat but I see dropings so I'm assuming they are eating. They look fine weight wise.
Temps are near 85-90 at basking spots in both tanks. Bottom of tank is little cooler. (Hard to have a temp gradiant in 10 gallon as some of you know). I have one UV light setting across both tanks. Humidity rises to like 60-70% when I mist down the tanks then drops to the 40's.
Does all this sound ok with these little guys? These are the first anoles I've had. My friends had babies and these are 2 of the babies.
