Ok, Here's my issue. I have a four foot common columbian and he is the greatest pet in the world. I would like to get another boa constrictor but I want to get something a little fancier than another columbian. My problem is I have trouble telling the difference between some of the purebreds. In a handfull of boas I could probably tell which ones are the common columbians and which ones are not.
So. What I need from all you experts is to point out what makes a boa constrictor a Suriname, Peruvian, Guyana, Brazilian or Bolivian. I selected these because I have at one time or another seen my ideal next purchase and it was one of these. Yet I have also seen many pics of these and would gladly save the extra expense and purchase another columbian because the difference did not seem to be worth all the extra money. So, if any of you can tell me how to identify these animals or post pics to show me; it would help out alot. Thanks in advance.
