Hey thats cool. If I may I would recommend placing her in a smaller enclosure. Beleive it or not a smaller enclosure will improve your success with a leopard gecko that size. They feel less stress and are able to find their food much easier. Take care.

prepare to be slammed about using sand. Most people here don't like it period including my self, but I would VERY strongly recommend not using it espescially since she is so young. She is more likely to eat it wether it's on purpose or buy mistake and babies are at greatest risk of impaction.

She's a little cutie though. It's kinda hard to tell her age, but since she has her spots and looks at least 3 1/2 to 4 inches, I'd say about two months, but don't quote me on that. The store you got her from might know her approximate age.

Her tail looks good and fat, but you can give her a waxie a couple times a week. You don't have to worry about her getting "addicted" as long as you think of them like twinkies.

I hope some of this helps!

thanks for the help but change setup i took most of the sand out of the tank and replace it with tiles. probably only 3/4 of the tank has sand in it and that's where she does her business at. i will post up-to-date pic probably around sometime november, or early but don't worry about the sand.
