Tail Loss!?!

Beardiekid14 Jun 25, 2003 02:04 PM

I looked in to a cage in which I am housing 5 albino females that are 3 weeks old in. One of them was a wake and looked up at me and I noticed it did not have the end of its tail. How could this happen I hadnt even handled it?

This could of happened because one of the other leos in the cage bit the tip off during a fight or maybe just when striking food. I have also seen this happen, one leo will wiggle its tail(about to strike food) and then another leo will think the tail is a cricket and it will strike. Smart little buggers arent they???
