Are there any other symptoms? What species of frogs? I suggest you seperate the frogs into all seperate, sterile containers, keep them on paper towels, and raise the temperatures a few degress. Consult a vet immediately.

I had a Fire-bellied toad recently die and she was very bloated from her legs to her belly. I had secluded her and the others are well but honestly I don't know what caused it.

Some but not all possible causes,
poor water quality
starvation
infection
organ damage

You need to check your husbandry paramaters to make sure that there are no problems with this part. Water quality can be checked using a good quality test kit made for fish tanks, ammonia, and nitrite should be zero. Poor water quality can make it difficult for the frogs to maintain their osmotic balance causing them to bloat.
The other causes need to see a vet and as soon as possible as some of them can rapidly cause death and can potentially spread through an entire collection.
I agree seperate and isolate the frogs as Andy suggested.

I've had 600 african dwarf frogs mixed in with other tropical fish. I'd say more than half died over a series of months from bloat and other sicknesses. It is the water quality. Usually when you notice them floating on the water, those will die sooner or later when they develop bloat.
