I don't have a pic yet because I haven't managed to save but the most recent shed, so after the next shed cycle I'll take a comparison pic.
However... this is the deal : I have a female yearling normal BP. Every time she sheds, it seems like the tan/brown markings are getting a little bit lighter. It's not a HUGE difference, but it does seem to be happening regularly. After each shed, her brown is lighter, her black is darker, and the 'spots' have more and more white edging them than they did prior.
Is this normal for a BP's shed, or is it something strange? I've been hunting for information about this and can't seem to find anything anywhere so I'm asking the experts now. *LOL* I'm not a breeder. I've had BP's for years, but I have only ever kept them as pets and I have never seen this before.
Anyone have any ideas?
Wado!
