hi i have a 6'x2'x2' cage for my sav and i want to put 2 ft of dirt in there for him to burrow but with a cage only 2 ft high i would have alot of trouble doing this soo ivew had to compromise i have been using a 3 1/2" pvc pipe which he loves to hide in because he can cram his fat gut in there and make it nearly impossible to get him out agianst his will he is 34" by the way, but my problem is that my id like for a much more appealing hide for him but would have to be something i can still coax him out of if i must like during bath day or something i would love to see some photos of what you all have for hides

A lizard that is 3' long, and the width of the cage is only 2', why? seeing as how the cage is kinda small, why don't you just get a good sized cage that is 4-5' tall so you can put 2 feeet of dirt inside it?

well my dad bought the cage for my birth day and i am kinda stuck with it since my mom thinks this cage is far too big for our house which isnt true its just that she doesnt like the monitor so i kinda have to make due

is it a wood or plastic cage? if it is made of wood it should be semi-easy to expand it.
