I'm desperately looking to find and photograph a Fox Snake and/or a Plains Garter. I'm hoping someone can give me information on their status in Jersey or Madison Counties. Any tips or locality data would be a great help. I'm not looking to collect anything. If needed I have many referances that can vouch for my intentions.
