My question is, One of my Monkey tailed skinks has been having a shed issue. Today I tried to clean some shed off..... and one toe came off near the Palm(hand, Foot) what ever the proper name is..... What should i do to the flesh that is now exposed?

If it's not bleeding and the exposed flesh looks pink and healthy you should be able to clean the area thoroughly with nolvasan or betadine and apply some triple antibiotic. I would do this 1-2 times/day until it is healed.

If there is a lot of bleeding or there's a chance that there is still necrotic tissue remaining you need to go to the vet.
