I finally received the go-ahead from Carnegie for Dr. McGuire's paper to be made available online. It will have to be accessible from HIS site (not mine), so it may take him a while to make a public-access page, but at any rate the light at the end of the tunnel is in view.

The sample he posted here was a low-res version of the cover in color. Are the internal plates in color is what I want to know!

The things that are supposed to be in color are in color.
I THINK I made the full version in 200dpi resolution, which should be great for printing.
