Today was measuring day!

Antegy Sep 06, 2004 04:02 AM

So I got out the camera and snapped away. Now I'm just curious, do any of you use the "Snake Sizer" program? And if so, how do you setup the photo to get a good solid image without distortion?

I wonder also if any of you have a different method for measuring length of your snakes?

Thanks for looking,
- Mark

If you would like, send me your email address and I will email you a copy. It's freeware - so I presume it is ok to do so...

Use a 50mm lens if you want normal perspective. If you're using a digital camera, you'll have to convert the focal length. Just put a ruler or yardstick in the picture along with the snake.
