how bout some details:

size?

materials and cost?

also an idea:

I had some shelves one time that I put on my porch for plants, got them at a Target store for about $30-40 bucks.

was pre-cut pre-drilled lumber (Pine?)
that could be assembled more than one way.

was the kind of shelfing for like a storage shed.

I'm thinking that one or two of them kits plus add some screen mesh and some botom shelfs of plywood
and then make some doors.

almost a pre built cage perhaps?

I could as I recall attach 2 sections side to side and that would make like a 3 foot by 4 foot floor with a 1 1/2 foot -- tall box with slats on the bottom and ends and an open top and front / back

put in a floor, cover the ends, back and top then make some doors for the front?
