How do you keep up with so many animals?! I have 12 newborns and an odd assortment of other Boas, and they keep me busy enough, along with my wife, two teenage daughters, and other responsibilities...are you a full-time herpetoculturalist?

Basically, I work my ass off. This is only a "hobby", I am a full-time supervisor of chemists in an environmental laboratory. I don't have a wife or kids, so that makes some time. On the other habd, I have no help, so I do all of the cleaning, cooking, laundry, mowing, house maintenance, etc., etc. You tend to get a system down which helps. I clean all water bowls in the dishwasher (after spraying with roccol-D plus), using the heat dry cycle. This saves a lot of time. But I still have to clean all defecations immediately, and all cages at least once a week. The babies are easy, because I use paper towel substrate. One folded piece in each tub works great. But I'm realizing it's time to do some downsizing. As much as I love the animals, I'm sacrificing an awful lot.
