what exotic reptiles are ilegal in md?

Depends on what county/city you live in. Call your city and/or county animal control to see what the laws are. I beleive boids over 6 feet are illegal in Baltimore city.

State-wide, aligators and crocadiles are illegal, as are any venomous other than copperheads (up to 4 are allowed without a permit from DNR). It is still illegal to own a turtle under four inches until DNR rewrites their regulations.

DNR pretty much doesn't care about non-natives.
