What is this and why?

I for the first time had some leos hatch, 5 days ago. Neither have eaten yet, and this one died...can anybody tell me what this is. My suspicion is the belly didnt heal well, it hurt something while hatching, and got infection, I am new to this, so I dont know. Would love to get advice. I just went in there this morning and he was belly up. I was really excited about my first babies, this has really put a damper on it. For lack of better place to put this temporarily, If you go to my website www.enchantingexotics.com the home page has a little hyperlink just above the hit counter at the bottom that says "pic" you can view a photo of the leos belly there.

Well as far as them not eating...They don't eat until after their first shed so just give it a little time. I'm not sure what to tell you about the little one that died. I'm very sorry to hear that though. So far...(knock on wood) we haven't had any problems with our hatchlings.

Sorry for your lose.
