How old is it? has it eaten at all yet, defecated? did you buy it, hatch it, or oddly enough find it?

Details man details!!!!!!

We hatched it 8-13-04. It has shed and defecated so far.

I saw a discovery channel (or something like that) show on 2-headed animals--many were reptiles and there was a 2 headed snake that when they fed it, the heads would fight over the food. Would be interesting to see if one head is dominant and how feeding goes

Do both heads have very much freedom of movement? Have you considered taking it to a vet to have it x-rayed prior to feeding it, to see if both heads have equal abilities of swallowing a food item? I guess it is possible that only one of the heads may be able to swallow food. In that case you may need to put a little cloth 'baggie' over the other head to keep it calm while the snake eats. Have both heads been able to drink water?
