Halt in production

Ok, I set up two groups 1.4. Each group bred and now I have about 30 or 40 babies. Problem is, all have weaned but the colonies are not making more babies! The temperature in the room stays at 75 during the day maybe a few degrees warmer since the room is small and has a big window. I don't know why they have stopped producing. They all appear to be fat and happy, no fighting or anything. I don't bother them much just to feed and change bedding. They even come out to roam over my rack when I am cleaning the cage. Help, should I buy them the little blue pill?
