Butterfly Agamas

I have a 1.1 pair of butterfly agamas (L. Reevesi). I believe the female is gravid and was wondering if anyone knew what kind of nesting material to use, temps to incubate at and how long it take the eggs to hatch. My male has MBD and has since I got him and isn't sowing signs of getting better. Since these guys are monogomous, I'd like to get a few of the eggs to hatch.
