How many of you have a light for your corns? Not a heat lamp or a light so you can see better but one that is supposed to be beneficial for the snake. Just curious here. Thanks for playing.

um...well you dont need any lights for biological processes in corns...however i have read that they can actually cause negative effects in their activity...strictly because corns and rats are nocturnal and such a bright light can scare them and make 'em stay in the cage.

Snakes in aquariums have lighting(aquarium lights simulate the sun). Snakes in the racks get the reflection. The snakes don't seem to mind the lighting? They hide most of the time. If there out roaming they usually want something(food, water, etc.). Same goes for the snake in the racks. Usually just resting unless they want something.

No light here for any of my snakes. They get the natural light from the windows in the room. I use heat tape on the back of the rack to heat them.
