A friend of mine bred:
Male snow corn x female candy cane

The babies all look amel of some sort (red eyes) but not sure what they really are or will look like as adults ??

They will just be amels het anery. Still cool though.

A candy cane is an amel so a snow x amel will give you all amels het anery.
So, they are indeed amels and should look somewhere between normal amels and the candy cane.
