just some advise, my snake did the same thing. Except he pulled the gage off the tank and it got stuck to him, and he had to take a trip to the vet to get it off. So please check your gage and make sure it is really really stuck on the glass, cause I wouldn't want it to get hurt like mine did.

yes, i have a one hygro, and tow therm (one on floor).
there was no point in taking your BP to the vet with adhesive and a thermometer stuck on to him. all you had to do was soak him in warm water, and it would break down the adhesive. you spent money for a vet visit, you could have bought some new supplies.
I have a kingsnake that LOVES to do that, caught him several times like that. Guess he likes resting there or something. Here he is when he was in the old tank...the thermometers were placed a little higher in here.
