can I have the shed skin of a rattlesnake without a permit for hots? I want to do a presentation for local herps and a shed rattlesnake skin would be cool. I know with raptor feathers you cant have them unless you have the permit for the bird itself so I thought maybe its the same with herps.

I would say no as long as its not an endangered rattlesnake.
And then I would say probably not.
