>>I was wondering if you can house a male and female together perminantly in the same cage? Will they fight?

>> I have a new leo named Mr.Crowley. He lives in a 20 gallon long tank all by himself. Here is a picture of him if you go to the url below...

Since he is just a hatchling, I would advise against it. If you'd like another leo, you can divide the cage and have them living seprately. I would suggest only to keep geckos together permanently if they sexually mature adults. In fact, I have two adults living together right now, and I think it's a great idea.
Leopard geckos living together as hatchlings can be worrisome because:
One can grow quicker than the other, and since it is larger, it bullies the smaller one
It's not 100% certain of their gender -- you could end up having two males, and find out only after they begin fighting with each other.
A more mature male can force a younger female into mating, even if she's not old enough, resulting in an egg-bound female.
Good luck!
