Sulcata ramming and flipping

Will a male sulcata ram and flip a female sulcata? I have what I believe to be a female sulcata but my male sulcata rams and sometimes flips her(?) over. He has also tried to mount her. The female(?) has never tried to ram or flip the male. Both are between 60lbs.-70lbs. Thanks
