I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get an assortment of worms? Also was wondering if anyone has ever fed there beardie silk or horn worms? How do you keep them?

Drako loves his silkworms! He does get an occasional cricket dinner...
Silkworms are very easy to keep, they don't excape, and they do not smell as bad as crickets. They are also a very healthy alternative to crickets.
We hatched out our last batch of silkworms from eggs. It took about 10 days before they were big enough to feed out to Drako. He has been feeding off of this batch for the past 3 weeks and the worms are now huge. Some will most likely spin cocoons before he can eat them. We may try to breed the moths...
Silkworms only eat mullberry leaves. Unless you have a tree handy you would need to purchase "silkworm chow". This is a green powder that you mix with water and microwave--then keep it in the fridge for storage. I use a cheese grater and "grate" the chow over the worms once a day. That is it.

Drako eats about 5 2 inch silkworms instead of 15-20 medium crickets...
When purchasing silkworms for only one dragon I usually buy 100 medium (or 1 inch). They will last for about 3-4 weeks.
We currently keep ours in a large rubbermaid storage bowl--about 1 gallon size--at room temperature (mid 70s) with no additonal lightins needs (top is usually kept off).
