quaritine???

can anyone tell me how to quaritine new snakes if im limited to space......would i be able to just place new snake on one side of my room and the collection on the other and be very careful not to touch them both w/o washing hands and feeding??? thanx for any advice....

You need to keep them Away from the other snakes! That is what they meant by the word "Quarantine" Keep them in another part of the house farthest from your other snakes for 90 days. if they are W.C. you will need to treat them during this time. so you can add on 60 days if W.C. After the treating and you are confident that are free from all parasites and air bound strains, then and only then should they be added to your collections. Other wise you have a Good chance to spread it to your other snakes. Any questions drop me a message I would be happy to help.

so if i dont have another room and i wanna add to my collection then should i buy cb and ch animals only??? cuz im not allowed to keep my snake any other part of my house....and especially not for 3months....thnx for ur reply
